Synopsis

In the sun-dappled Tuscan village of Lucignano, an English art theorist who has just published a book arguing that a brilliant reproduction has equal value to the original meets a French antique shop owner, driving into the countryside where a chance misunderstanding by a local cafe owner prompts them to slip seamlessly into the roles of a long-married, bickering couple whose marriage is fraying.
