Synopsis

A disillusioned World War II veteran visits a rundown hotel in the Florida Keys run by his fallen comrade's father and widow, finding it secretly commandeered by an exiled mob boss and his henchmen as a raging hurricane strikes the coast. John Huston's tense, claustrophobic noir starring Humphrey Bogart, Lauren Bacall, Edward G. Robinson, and Claire Trevor (Oscar Best Supporting Actress).
