Synopsis
Opening with a shocking, fourth-wall-breaking handheld sequence where a bald sex worker attacks her pimp with a purse, Kelly arrives in the idyllic suburban town of Grantville to abandon prostitution, becoming a beloved orthopedic nurse for disabled children and falling in love with the town's wealthy, cultured founding scion, only to uncover a monstrous, pedophilic perversion beneath the town's immaculate white picket fences.
