Synopsis

Following his release from a Berlin prison, an eccentric street musician, an aging eccentric neighbor, and an abused prostitute emigrate to the frozen flatlands of Railroad Flats, Wisconsin, chasing the American Dream in a mobile home until bank repossessions drive him to a tragicomic final rodeo.
