Synopsis

In a snowy, drab 1982 Stockholm suburb, an isolated, bullied twelve-year-old boy who collects newspaper clippings of murders meets a mysterious, barefoot girl named Eli who has just moved in next door with an older guardian, discovering she is a centuries-old vampire who must be invited in to enter and who offers him bloody vengeance against his school tormentors.
