Synopsis
Three very different men—an unemployed disc jockey, a small-time pimp, and an eccentric Italian tourist who barely speaks English—end up sharing a cell in a Louisiana parish jail, breaking out to wander through the dreamy, labyrinthine bayou swamps. Jim Jarmusch's poetic 'neo-Beat noir comedy' gorgeously shot in black-and-white by Robby Müller starring Tom Waits, John Lurie, and Roberto Benigni.
