Body Double

Synopsis

A claustrophobic B-movie horror actor house-sitting at an ultra-modern Hollywood Hills mansion uses a high-powered telescope to spy each night on a sensual neighbor performing an erotic striptease in her bedroom across the canyon, witnessing her brutal murder by an intruder with a giant power drill and descending into the seedy San Fernando Valley adult film industry to uncover the conspiracy. Brian De Palma's scandalous, delirious meta-cinematic Hitchcockian masterwork starring Craig Wasson and Melanie Griffith.
