Synopsis

Along the Atlantic coast of Dakar, unpaid construction workers on a futuristic luxury glass tower set out in a wooden pirogue across the ocean in search of a future in Spain, disappearing at sea only for their souls to return as djinn possessing the bodies of the young women they left behind, demanding unpaid wages from the corrupt billionaire developer while a young bride's wedding bed mysteriously catches fire.
