Synopsis
Two gloomy, haggard novelty salesman selling vampire fangs, laugh bags, and Uncle One-Tooth masks wander through a series of thirty-nine deadpan, chalk-faced comedic tableaus on human frailty, including a modern bar invaded by King Charles XII on horseback marching his troops to defeat at Poltava in 1709, and colonial copper cylinders turned over flames: 'I'm happy to hear you're doing well.' Roy Andersson's Venice Golden Lion-winning crowning chapter of the Living Trilogy.
